Welcome, we hope you are safe and well. Here is our Coronavirus – COVID-19 policy as of the 26th of January 2023. This applies to all bookings made directly with us. For bookings made through Air BnB or Booking.com please refer to the terms and conditions on each individual platform.
COVID Cancellation policy
If we are locked down and/or cannot operate due to COVID-19 we will either refund your monies in full or reschedule to another date.
In all other circumstances our normal terms and conditions apply. These are:
Your 30% deposit is non refundable UNLESS WE CAN RESELL THE ACCOMMODATION FOR YOU.
For groups who have booked for more than 8 people the final balance is due 1 month in advance of arrival. The balance is not refundable for cancellations made with less than 1 months notice UNLESS WE CAN RESELL THE ACCOMMODATION FOR YOU.
For customers booking an individual room/self catering unit/bothy the balance is due in full one week before arrival. The balance is not refundable for cancellations made with less than 1 weeks notice UNLESS WE CAN RESELL THE ACCOMMODATION FOR YOU.
We do understand that plans change and life can throw obstacles in the way and we will always do everything we can to resell your accommodation for you.
